Under the Lights at Pats Park
Wednesday, October 1 | Hitting/Pitching
Ages 13-18/Grades 7th - 12th
Hitting 5:30pm-7:00pm | 64 Total Hitters
You will have the opportunity to work with the Mason Coaching Staff and Players to train your offensive skillset. These Wednesday night camps will include instruction to strengthen hitters' mechanics, generate greater power to all fields, and work on timing and the mental approach. Hitters will go through what an offensive practice is like at George Mason University. Come join us under the lights; you will not want to miss out on the action!
Pitching 7:15pm-8:45pm | 12 Total Pitchers (must bring their own catcher)
You will have the opportunity to work with the Mason Coaching Staff and Players to develop and refine your pitching skills. These Wednesday night camps will provide instruction to enhance pitching mechanics, increase velocity and movement, and strengthen command in the circle. Pitchers will also work on game strategy, mental toughness, and situational awareness. You’ll experience what a pitching session is like at George Mason University. Come join us under the lights—you won’t want to miss the action!
Hitting: $96 ($90 + $6 Fee)

Wednesday, October 8 | Hitting/Defense
Ages 13-18/Grades 7th - 12th

Defense 7:15pm-8:45pm | Catching (12), MIF (24), Corners (12) and OF (18)
You will have the opportunity to work with the Mason Coaching Staff and Players to elevate your defensive game. These Wednesday night camps will focus on improving fielding mechanics, increasing range, sharpening glove work, and enhancing throwing accuracy. Campers will also develop their defensive IQ through situational drills and game-speed reps. You’ll experience what a defensive practice is like at George Mason University.
