Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Summer/Fall/Winter Camps

  • Campers paying in full will have 30 days before the start of camp to cancel and receive a 50% refund. No refund is possible if you cancel less than 30 days before the start of camp, but you're eligible to receive camp credit. If you cancel within 14 days of camp, there will be no refunds or camp credit eligibility. We can cancel the registration and roll it into a future camp if an emergency arises. The service fee is non-refundable. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Youth Camps

Refund Policy

  • For a full refund, cancellation must be submitted 14 days before the start of camp. For a ½ refund, cancellation must be submitted 7 days before the start of camp. There will be no refunds after that. Service fee is non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund minus the service fee will be issued if refund request is made 14 days prior to the start of camp. For a ½ refund, cancellation must be submitted 7 days prior to the start of camp. After the one-week timeframe, no money will be returned due to the hiring of staff and rental of facilities. If an emergency arises we can cancel the registration and roll it into a future camp. 

**No refunds can be given past 180 days from the date of registration**
